Community Support Events
At Liberty Elks Lodge #1545, we believe in the power of community through volunteerism. Our events are crafted to address the needs of individuals and families in Liberty, New York. These events are an excellent opportunity to meet like-minded individuals who are passionate about making a difference.
Our Halloween Party for community kids will be held at 5PM on October 31 and provides a safe spooky environment for children to get some goodies and show off their costumes.
Our Christmas Kids event will be held on December 7 at noon. There will be presents, food and photos with Santa and Mrs. Klaus!!
Santa usually hangs around to do photos with Pets and those donations go 100% to a charity benefitting humans and their animals like Eyes for the Blind.

Charitable Events
Our charitable events are the cornerstone of Liberty Elks Lodge #1545. Through fundraising dinners, craft fairs, Bingo and more, we raise essential funds that are reinvested into our building, or back into the community. By engaging in these events, you become an integral part of our charitable circle, helping to support local causes and initiatives that matter most to our community. Together, we can create lasting change.
Our Veteran's Dinner will be held on Monday, November 11, 2024 at the Lodge. All Veteran's with a DD214 or ID Card will eat free while all other guests can enjoy a delicious and complete Spaghetti and Meatball dinner for only $10. Kids under 5 are free.
Each year, in December, we donate and deliver Roses to those unfortunate enough to be spending their holidays in Hospitals and Rehab centers in our area. We are able to do this thanks to the hard work of our members and the many generous donations we receive for this purpose.
Our facilities are available to youth, seniors and veterans organizations as well. Please contact us if your charity is in need.
Youth Programs
Investing in our youth is investing in the future. Liberty Elks Lodge #1545 hosts a variety of youth-oriented programs aimed at educational empowerment and personal development. Through workshops, mentorship programs, and recreational activities, we offer young people the tools they need to succeed. Our calendar is filled with engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and leadership. We invite young members of the community to participate and parents to get involved. These programs are designed to be inclusive and accessible, ensuring that all young individuals in the Liberty area have the opportunity to thrive.
We recently held our first ever youth archery shoot designed to introduce children up to 15 to a sport requiring focus and accuracy. We expect to so the same again in July 2025.
We have a Soccer shoot scheduled for 10AM Saturday September 7 at the Liberty Elementary School soccer field, and a Hoop Shoot on December 14, 2024 (snow date is Dec15). Registration is at 9AM at the Liberty Middle School Gym. Participants will be asked to show verification of birthdate (birth certificate or Baptismal Certificate)
